NDP approached DataMotivate since our shared services platform allows us to deliver a wide range of operations and back-office services to our clients. As a successful and rapidly growing company with several branches, they needed prompt turnaround on their invoice generation whilst maintaining strong control of receivables aging and reconciliations.
RESULT
DataMotivate established a specific finance team to meet this need. Working within NDP existing Quickbooks accounting platform, the team was up and running within a week of the initial service request. Invoices are created by the finance data analysts and pass through a quality check by the supervisor. A critical report that the team creates is a daily exceptions report that highlights any invoice transaction that does not fit the standard business rules. The exceptions report enables NDP to quickly review and modify these invoices, and the feedback is used to standardize their internal processes to create a great customer experience throughout the rapidly growing NDP network.
