Ethical Sourcing (also known as Impact Sourcing) is outsourcing that benefits disadvantaged individuals in low employment areas. It looks beyond the common source of supply for traditional outsourcing to provide higher‐income employment and access to new income opportunities to individuals that might not otherwise be employed in this sector. HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS
Employees are asked to fill a detailed questionnaire that takes a snapshot of their current situation. DataMotivate and partner NGO staff thoroughly review the answers for accuracy. DataMotivate then take subsequent employee snapshots through their time in the organization. This allows DataMotivate to provide the metrics regarding the effectiveness in achieving its social aims. It also provides valuable feedback on areas for improvement or additional intervention. Throughout this time, employees are aware that DataMotivate cares about their physical, emotional and mental well-being.
